1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Azure Impact. By accessing or using our global logistics and impact tracking marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Azure Impact Logistics.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Key Highlight

Azure Impact Logistics operates as a facilitator for environmental and social impact credits. We ensure transparency in global supply chains through rigorous auditing.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Marketplace, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
  • Accuracy: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
  • Security: You must notify Azure Impact immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Account Type: Corporate entities must provide verification of legal registration and tax identification.

3. Marketplace Conduct

Our marketplace is built on high-trust interactions. Any behavior that undermines this trust is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.

  • Prohibited Items: Users may not trade impact credits that have not been verified by a Tier-1 auditor.
  • Fair Pricing: Manipulation of market prices through automated botting or collusion is strictly forbidden.
  • Transparency: All project listings must include verifiable GPS data and real-time monitoring links where applicable.
  • Communication: All professional interactions must remain within the Azure Impact messaging system for auditing purposes.

4. Impact Credits and Tracking

Azure Impact utilizes a proprietary tracking system for all environmental and social logistics. Accuracy of data is the primary pillar of our platform utility.

Verification Protocols

All credits are subject to the "Double-Check Verification" (DCV) standard before listing in the public marketplace.

Immutable Logs

Once an impact credit is retired or transferred, the transaction is logged on our private ledger for permanent auditability.

Users agree that the "Impact Score" displayed on their profile is a proprietary calculation and remains the property of Azure Impact.

5. Fees and Payments

All financial transactions are processed through our secure clearinghouse. Azure Impact charges a service fee on every transaction executed within the marketplace.

  • Service Fee: A standard 2.5% fee is applied to the seller on all completed impact credit transfers.
  • Subscription: Enterprise accounts may be subject to monthly recurring platform access fees.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of impact credits, all verified transfers are final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azure Impact Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services.

Important Notice

"Azure Impact provides a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the long-term biological or social outcome of third-party projects, though we verify their initial compliance."

7. Intellectual Property

The "Azure Logistics Design System", our logos, software, and proprietary tracking algorithms are the exclusive property of Azure Impact Logistics. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform as intended.
